The Centurion Arms MK11 7.62 Billet Receiver Set is designed for an SR-25 pattern semi-automatic rifle. The MK11 receiver set from Centurion Arms is designed to have all the features you need and none of the useless design aesthetic that drives up prices for no other reason than to stand out at the range. Machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and type III class 2 hardcoat anodized to military standards for a long service life of reliable use. The lower features a flared magazine well that isn’t so large as to get caught on gear when you are carrying it but will greatly increase your reload speeds. The enlarged, integrated trigger guard allows for use of gloves and eliminates a potential weak point. All sharp edges have been de-burred by hand for a smooth premium finish and all dimensions are inspected for accuracy. Another feature of the billet AR-308 lower receiver is the rear tensioning screw that takes out any wobble between the upper and lower for better accuracy and a more solid feel. The safety selector pictograph markings are designed for 90° safeties and is compatible with ambidextrous safeties as well as other Mil-Spec and aftermarket components. Lantac SF15 Forged Receiver Set - LA00302
The Lantac SF15 receiver set starts out as a forging of 7075-T6 aluminum and then machined to get the final better-than-Mil-Spec dimensions and profile. This allows for an extremely precise fit between the upper and the lower with zero wobble. While the lower receiver has the look and feel of a Mil-Spec receiver, it comes with subtle features like a flared magwell for faster magazine changes and a spot cut on the rear takedown pin area to facilitate easier removal of the takedown pin without the need for an extended version. The upper receiver is not without its features either like the improved front lug that facilitates a tighter fit between the receivers and the radiused cam pin recess for reduced wear. The bore, threads, picatinny rail, and front receiver face are all machined in one operation to maintain concentricity. Both receivers are type III hardcoat anodized black and are manufactured in the United States of America.
