Battle Arms Authority Elite Rifle 16inch 5.56 Nato Billet Ambi Controls Battlearms Combat Gray

The Battle Arms Development Authority Elite Rifle was designed with the next generation AR-15 in mind. This AR-15 rifle is built around the 7075-T6 billet lower receiver with integral ambidextrous controls and a matching billet upper receiver. It also features the 15” free float M-LOK handguard that is lightweight and gives plenty of room for customization. The 16” barrel is chambered in 5.56 NATO with a 1:7 twist rate. The barrel is machined from 4150 chrome moly steel and black Nitride finished for corrosion resistance and accuracy. Each barrel is individually head-spaced to the Carpenter 158 bolt. Combined with the 8620 steel carrier and black Nitride finish, this rifle is extremely reliable and smooth shooting. The BATTLEARMS WORKHORSE series of firearms are built for duty and hard use in mind. It is purpose-built around the forged BAD-15 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum receiver and free-float rail handguard with M-LOK attachment point at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions. At 12 o’clock is a full-length Picatinny accessory rail with our signature notch cut matching the upper receiver. Every firearm is equipped with a 4150 chrome-moly steel black nitride barrel for durability and accuracy. Each barrel is individually head-spaced with matching Carpenter 158 steel bolt and 8620 black nitride carrier for ultimate reliability and ease of cleaning. Rifle models utilize a mid-length gas system for reliable and smooth cycling action while reducing recoil and minimizing wear. In a class of its own, every WORKHORSE is outfitted with a new industry standard-setting RACK ambidextrous charging handle with monolithic handle and smooth side sliding latch that is built to take abuse. Look a bit more closely and you will find this duty line of rifles are not so “plain jane”. It is loaded with numerous enhanced components such as a smooth nickel Teflon trigger, enhanced magazine release, enhanced take-down/pivot pins for easy tool-less breakdown, one-piece magazine catch, billet trigger guard, enhanced bolt catch, user-adjustable three-position pistol grip, and enhanced single side safety or the latest BAD-ASS-PRO ambidextrous safety selector with a virtually unbreakable lever attachment mechanism.
