Dirty Bird AR-10 Billet Stripped Upper Receiver The Dirty Bird AR-10 Billet Upper Receiver is the perfect choice for your next AR-10 build. Precision-machined from 7075-T6 Billet aluminum on state-of-the-art CNC machines, you can be rest-assured the Dirty Bird AR-10 upper will fit perfectly with most DPMS profile AR-10 lowers, including our very own Dirty Bird Ambidextrous AR-10 Billet Lower. Every AR-10 upper is hand deburred and tumbled to remove any sharp edges and provide exceptional fitment. The forward assist housing and the dust cover have been removed to provide a sleek design and to prevent any potential snag points. All Dirty Bird Billet AR-10 uppers are Type III Class 2 Hard Coat Anodized or are Cerakoted, in house, by our Factory-Certified Cerakote applicants to provide unparalleled durability. You have Dirty Bird’s word that these uppers will be free from excessive pitting, machined to spec and finished with quality (not purple or chalky) hard coat anodizing. Our Ambi AR-10 lower is a perfect fit with our AR-10 Billet Uppers and is a great fit with most other DPMS-style uppers from around the industry. Every single Dirty Bird AR-10 lower is precision-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum to hold extremely tight tolerances. We then have them broached, deburred and hard-coat anodized to build one of the highest quality lowers on the market. The San Tan Tactical STT-15 Lite Pillar Billet Receiver Set was designed from the ground up to be exceptionally lightweight without making any compromises. Each receiver set is precisely machined out of a solid block of 7075-T6 aluminum on state-of-the-art CNC machinery. This allows for a greater degree of precision for extremely tight tolerances and additional features like lightening cuts to reduce weight and an enlarged magazine well and trigger guard. The STT-15L billet AR-15 receiver set from San Tan Tactical offers uncompromising performance, so you can build the rifle you need. Features: Machined from 7075-T6 aluminum Mil-Spec Type III hardcoat anodized black 3D CAD Designed for maximum weight savings Threaded bolt catch pin Compatible with Mil-Spec parts kits .154” trigger pin holes Lightened receiver cuts Enlarged trigger guard and beveled magazine well Receiver tension screw Upper receiver comes assembled Matched set weighs 14.6 Oz The lower receiver makes assembly easy thanks to the limination of roll pins, but a lower parts kit is still required to finish it. Compatible with all Mil-Spec components like a trigger with .154” pin diameters and ambidextrous safety selectors. However, the upper receiver comes fully assembled with a dust cover, eliminating the forward assist to further improve weight savings. An additional feature of this AR-15 billet receiver set is built in receiver tension screw that can be accessed through the bottom near the pistol grip.
