Purchase for spare parts. You’ll be surprise just how useful having spare is when you open your AR and the springs go a flying. Recommend to everyone who owns an AR, sooner or later your going to need these parts.

This is a great idea. “Oops” is not the exact word I used when I dropped my selector detent in the carpet BUT you get the idea. I recommend having at least one of these in your kit!

Great little bit of insurance.

Hopefully i never need anything, but of i do i know the whole kit costs less than just the buffer retainer in the town i live in. I know this because i had to buy one and i think my local caring gun store got me for 20 bucks!

This Aero Precision Oops Kit is perfect. Who doesn’t have a spring go flying across the room while building or working on their AR-15. Carpet, rugs, or hardwood floor!!! It doesn’t matter where it goes flying your never find it!!! Why bother looking when you have this Oops Kit for easy replacement. Thanks!!!

That’s right “1”, not “2” like the listing says you get. On top of that, this product is supposed to be an Aero Precision Product, but it’s just a bunch of springs and pins dropped into 2-3 little baggies. Everything I have ever purchased from Aero Precision comes in Aero Precision packaging and includes and Aero Precision Decal. Would I recommend this, site but buy it from Aero Precision so you know what you’re getting.

I don’t know how many of the tiny detent pins are scattered around my gun room. It’s so easy to slip up and have the pin shoot off never to be seen again. A few extra around is a great idea. This kit is a must.

Great for small parts you might lose

This is a great kit for small parts that might shoot across the room while installing. Detent springs are notorious for shooting across the room on install. This is also a good kit to have if you plan on building a lower with custom parts and don't want to buy a full lower parts kit as you'll be replacing some things.
