I’ve always loved Anderson

This set had a lot of burrs and machine marks. I mean a lot. I lightly sanded with 600 grit then 800 grit sandpaper then high speed polished hammer, sear, & trigger got a 3.7 - 3.9 pull out of it with standard springs. Not bad just needed some work.

Wow great LPK very crisp trigger compared to a basic mil spec and the price is great considering it’s almost the price of most basic mil specs LPKS out there! Waste the extra 10$ definitely worth it gang!!! I’m going to order more for my future builds!

This was my first LPK as I'm on my first build, so don't have much comparison. However this kit was awesome to use. Comes very nicely packaged and easy to identify each part with corresponding springs & pins. Every part fit into my Anderson lower with ease and seem to be great quality. Great upgrade over mil-spec

The parts are all smooth and polished so than operate nicer than mil-spec. The trigger has almost no take up and is a crisp break and a well-defined trigger reset. The trigger itself is wider than mil-spec and overall feels much better than mil-spec. Definitely worth the extra cost and was a nice upgrade for my mil-spec AR.

Fit, finish, function all within MilSpecs. Trigger and hammer are brushed stainless and cerakote ready. Springs and pins are strong. No negative surprises here. I'll be buying this kit for all future builds. This really is a decent quality kit at a bargain price.

Machining needs to be better

Installed an Anderson Lower Parts kit on an Anderson Lower receiver...had to literally file down the magazine release, which never happened before. Tried a PSA and Durkin Tactical Parts Kit, didn't have that issue. Overall happy with the hammer design, it's pretty nice compared to all the others.

Okay, I haven't had the opportunity to hit the range yet, I'm still waiting on the upper to arrive, so my review is limited to appearance, fit and general function. This lower part kit could not have been easier to install. Everything dropped right into place and lined up perfectly. Basic function was perfect and no alterations were needed. The finish was perfect, uniform with no blotches, scrapes or scuffs and the packaging is pretty cool. Range time will be the true judge of the quality, and I will try to update my review should any problems arise, but as of right now I am more than satisfied.

Goes together like any other parts kit but some upsetting issues... bolt catch does not work at all. I can push the bolt catch manually to lock the bolt to the rear and it still doesn’t catch. The safety was so strong I had to hit it pretty hard with a small tap hammer just to get it moving. Ended up cutting one coil off of the safety spring which made it work better but shouldn’t… read more have to do any work on a brand new parts kit.
