Good builder, takes the guess work out of the process

This parts configurator is well designed and does a great job of letting you know if parts are available so you can make an informed purchase. A little delay but nothing out of the ordinary from customer service if a part selected is listed an in stock but actually not. Only thing I would like to see is an installation guide. used this for my first build and it was great as it helped inform me as too what to be bought to complete the lower although I wish it would allow to not have to opt out of specific parts as the trigger gaurd in my lower is integrated from factor but had to spend the extra money since it was in this configuration kit.

Awesome tool.

The interface is fast, easy to use, and works well. I used this on my iPhone. Basically everything you’ll need for a lower is laid out for you side by side, by categories in steps. For the novice- a great tool to make sure you get everything you’ll need. For the seasoned- it’s faster and more convenient than navigating around looking for individual components of you know you’ll… read more be needing a whole kit- and even pros can forget a nut or plate now and then. If you want to crawl a bunch of vendors and try and save .30 on a spring here and there- you could MAYBE get your kit cheaper that way if shipping didn’t kill you- but the time and potential headache of multiple shipments and suppliers seem to offset the need to save a couple bucks to me. The ONLY issue I had- and maybe it is just iPhone- you cannot view the product details or even photos of the different choices from the configurator. If you don’t know what you’re looking for, or want to double check a detail- that’s inconvenient. Other than that minor thing- this is a great service I was very pleased with and am surprised you don’t see more often.

Plenty of options without an overabundance.

The form was created very nicely, offering prices on the options as you go along, without (at least on my computer) a lot of lags "waiting" for the options to populate. Coming from a somewhat OCD point of view, the fact one can "upgrade" parts and not deal with "leftover" parts is a great plus. ...notice I said leftover and not extra, there is no such thing as extra parts,… read more just parts that haven't found a build yet... I got a Dirty Bird sticker too. I'm not sure if it was because of the Configurator, or because of the Dirty Bird spring kit. Either or, a sticker is always nice.

Pretty irritated

Everything was perfect great price no complaints.... except for the wood grip while installing everything I noticed a crack in the grip obviously just a flaw in the wood not a huge deal but now I am without a grip and will have to purchase a different one
