About Arisaka Defense Finger Stop
The Arisaka Finger Stop is a minimal yet versatile rail accessory that is designed to give you better control over your weapon system without getting in the way. This model is designed for picatinny rails and can be used in multiple ways. The first way is to position it far forward on the rail where it sits between your middle and index finger. Additionally, the wide profile makes this a great rear handstop or even as a forward handstop on short barrel rifles. Or brace it against a barricade for a more stable shooting position. The Arisaka Defense Picatinny Finger Stop is secured with two nylon tipped screws and torqued to 15 inch pounds. Started with these on my pistol builds but decided it was also functional and very minimalistic on a rifle. If you don’t like bulky vertical grips and angled grips hanging off your rail and weighing down your front end, this is the accessory for you. Highly recommended.

I bought this because I wrap my pointer finger around the front nub of an AFG, this does the same thing but better cause you can change how close it sits to your grip. Arisaka is always quality, definitely recommend it.

All of my rifles have this finger stop and I can't help but buy extras when they go on sale 'just in case'. You can pretty much use this in many ways due to its versatility. I use mine clipped between my index and middle finger on my support hand. Makes for a great handstop and doubles as a 'gas pedal' to remind me to bear down on the muzzle. It did not come with an allen wrench, which was needed to secure it and of the several dozen I have accumulated over the years, finally found one that worked. It seems a bit of an odd size, so it'd be good to have one included with it, like most other accessories.
