Better than MagPul but costs less

Bought this one for a super cheap but well thought out 10" .300 blackout build. I have the magpul on a different rifle and like it fine. This one installs the same way but the button has a nicer feel to it and slightly larger surface area. More pleasing to the touch and natural feel. Will stick with these in the future...plus you get color options for accent.

Looking for a larger mag release for wife/kids/grandkids, because of their smaller hands/reach. Didn’t want to break the bank and wanted something in FDE. This seemed like good option. Works like a charm.

I have smaller hands. I have extended selector on mp5. This product allows me to raise finger straight up from trigger to magazine release, thus improving mag changes.

Clearance issue

its a nice but doesn't clear all ar-15 lowers i can only use it with plane jane lowers no billet ones theres no clearance on how the angle dips down

Good quality button, horrible mount

The material and design of the extended release are both excellent. It feels solid, is lightweight and it's got good gripping serrations. The problem is with the replacement mount for it, the drilled mag release is nowhere near spec so it pivots, rolls and tilts in the receiver. It makes the whole assembly feel cheap and when you press on the extended tab it rarely actually works.… read more It mostly deflects. The only way i could get it to work consistently was to press it like a normal mag release.

Installation takes a couple minutes, the mag release shape is practical and streamlined, not flashy, and extends just the right amount to ease releasing magazines. Easy to install. FDE color offers contrast to my rifle and it makes it easier and quicker to drop mags.

Good part was missing tool

Good part, well made. It really extended the mag release on my Anderson lower. I like it but the tool was missing. Not a big deal for me because I already have the tools from working on my cars. For someone that is doing there first build might not be too happy tho
