Quality seems good but the color is drastically different than other products in this color. I know there’s usually some shade differences but these are like maroon more than red

First this review is in regards to dealing with Armaspec, NOT AR 15 DISCOUNTS. AR 15 DISCOUNTS has been nothing but great to deal with!!! I have built several AR's and have always used the Aero Precision lower parts kit with zero issues. I am in the process of my next build and saw that this kit was made out of Stainless Steel so I decided to buy it. When I started my build, I… read more always lay out the parts and test fit them before trying to assemble. The kit comes with two roll pins, one for the catch release and one for the trigger guard. I test fitted the smaller of the two roll pins but it was too large to fit in the catch release hole let alone the lower receiver. After measuring it, I found that instead of being .100 diameter it was actually .125 diameter. I double checked the parts kit and the other roll pin measured out at .133 diameter. I called Armaspec to get this corrected, the person on the phone was very polite and told me to send an email and they would correct the situation. I sent the email with all of the details and this is the response i got back from them. "There are 2 roll pins in the kit, the .125 is for the trigger guard and there should be a smaller one with a .100 diameter" I then took pictures of the pins being measured with the digital reading showing the diameter of each pin and sent it back to them again explaining that I am not new at this and there is not a .100 pin in the kit I received. They have not responded. If this is Armaspec's level of customer service, I would (and never will again) buy their parts. I am sticking with Aero Precision parts.
