About Battle Arms VERT PDW Compact Stock System - Buffer Spring
The new BAD-VTS Buffer Spring enhances reliability in the shortest buffer tubes without impacting the tuning of the slide. The spring will allow the shooter to push the operating limit of the hammer down quicker, and also assist in slowing the rate of fire without adding extra strain on the shooter’s shoulder. The primary spring is selected dependent on the users strength and the reciprocating mass of the buffer spring. The stronger springs will have a heavier pound rating and thus require less maintenance. The ‘V’ shape retains the geometry of the slide for the best recoil control and accuracy. The ‘V’ shape does not work as well with some buttstock configurations
