Good beginner build kit

Overall this kit is great for a budget build. Tolerances are loose so don't expect this kit to give you a build a-kin to a comp setup and the parts should fit most if not all lowers as long as they are designed to mil spec. You may have extra parts if you have purchased other components on top of this kit. Only negative is that there is not a parts list included so the beginner… read more builder would need to find a nomenclature list elsewhere.

Spring kit, big deal right? However, the quality seemed a touch more than usual milspec, and it came with extra parts, at least in my kit. 3 detent springs instead of two, and an extra detent. No nonsense lower kit (minus trigger group)

Haven't had any problems with the build yet. All parts (i.e. springs, detents, take down pins, etc) just come in a Ziploc bag, no labels or anything. A newer builder might have some slight issues as to what goes where...
