The DoubleStar ARFX Skeleton Stock Assembly is a heavy duty option for those looking to build a bomb proof rifle without adding a ton of weight and comes with everything you need to install it. The ARFX is a fixed stock design with an A2 length and comes with a .5” rubber recoil pad, QD sling swivel, and rifle buffer tube. This skeletonized stock is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and hardcoat anodized black and the foam cheek riser provides a comfortable and efficient cheek weld. The DoubleStar ARFX Skeleton Rifle Stock Kit is a great upgrade over your standard AR-15 rifle stock. Features: 7075-T6 aluminum Rifle length buffer tube Foam cheek pad .5” rubber recoil pad Includes QD sling swivel Length: 10” Weight: 11.2 oz. Working man's fixed length rifle stock no frills no cheap plastic

I have one on every rifle. This stock can take a beating...it can be used in close quarters as a defensive tool...try that with a piece of plastic. Very secure multiple sling mloc locations...optional buttstock pad. For me I even get a predictable cheek weld. It is easy to install. Users trick..use silicone spray for the buffer tube and foam cover..slides right on.

!st order of business - nicely packaged! Well made/nicely finished. Detailed illustrated directions but common sense assembly. Used baby powder to slide foam cheekpiece over extension tube. From start-to-finish, <5 minute assembly. Very pleased. THANK YOU!

I've been a fan of the design of these stocks for years, but only recently picked one up as an interim stock for a 6.8 Dissy I'm building, and I might just keep it on there. It's lightweight and comfortable, especially with the rubber butt pad attached.
