The Forward Control Design RHF Handguard is a lightweight, free float rail system for AR-15 platforms. Machined from 6000 series extruded aluminum, the RHF is a sturdy yet lightweight free float handguard. The 7075 aluminum barrel nut ensure a tough, sturdy point of installation for the rail system and clocks down your barrel in place while further reducing weight. Features: Made of 6000 series extruded aluminum 7075 aluminum barrel nut 17-4 PH stainless steel mounting hardware Type 3 anodizing 1.315” internal diameter Barrel nut wrench included Featuring M-LOK attachment slots for a multitude of accessory mounting options the handguard also has generous barrel cooling vents for heat dispersion/weight reduction. The anti-rotation tabs ensure proper fit and alignment and prevent movement once installed. A full length 1913 Picatinny rail runs along the full length of the RHF giving you the most versatility for running optics and sighting systems of your choice.
