About Geissele Premium MIL-SPEC Buffer Tube, 7075-T6, AR-15/M4 - DDC - 08-162S
The Geissele Premium Mil-Spec Buffer Tube is machined from quality 7075-T6 Aluminum and finished in Type 3 Hardcoat Anodize, available in Black or Geissele’s DDC. This rigid and durable buffer tube conforms to all mil-spec standards and features 6 stock positions. This carbine length and mil-spec diameter Premium Buffer Tube is made in the USA and weighs in at 3.7oz, making it the perfect fit for your AR-15 lower and ensuring compatibility with most mil-spec diameter quality ARR15 stocks. Included in the package is a high-quality, mil-spec castle nut and end plate. The Geissele Super 42 Spring was designed to improve the function and reliability of your AR-15 pattern rifle. Its unique spring design uses three independent strands of wire, just like the German MG42 Machine Gun. This concept acts as a harmonic damper and energy absorber by allowing the springs to flex separately from each other. This flex helps displace excess energy which decreases the chance of spring failure and assists with making your AR-15 more reliable. NOTE: The Super 42 is for use with Carbine length buffer tubes and is not compatible with rifle length or A5 buffer tubes/receiver extensions. We do not recommend the Super 42 with 300 Blackout subsonic ammunition. The Super 42 Spring may be too powerful and not allow the rifle to function properly.

Fit and finish is great. Perfect item for matching the rest of your Geissele DDC build or wanting to spice up your normal lower with some color. Threads were perfect and buffer fit with no issue. Highly recommended great parts.

Its a quality made piece, fitment into receiver and stock sits nice and snug with no wiggle. Love the color DDC will go good with the 13.5 MK14 in DDC I just ordered and awaiting its arrival

Fantastic bling to add to an FDE build or other. The finish is very nice, though I have not compared this to other tubes out there. Definitely a more gucci purchase, but worth the price in my humble opinion.

Yes, you can get a cheaper buffer tube for much much less but Geissele doesn't make cheap stuff, it makes great stuff. You get what you pay for and if you wannna make your gun juts a little Gucci, Geissele it, and get this buffer tube.
