Break down and BUY Hogue Stocks

Had a MagPul on my latest endeavor and that thing was LOOSE, so loose that it was annoying, hard to get a good solid weld to the shoulder and cheek. The Hogue came in, I put it on and it's like it is welded on. ZERO and I mean ZERO movement on a meh buffer tube.

Hogue Red Lava Review

Stock fits very well, there is almost no wobble due to the rubber on the stock interfacing with the buffer tube. Comfortable cheek weld. Color is pretty true to stock photos.

Favorite stock to date

This has got to be one of THE best upgrades to my rifle builds. Since purchasing the Black/FDE and put it on my 16" AR the look, feel and overall performance of shooting brought me to the conclusion that I should install these exclusively on my builds. It's tricky to get on compared to most stocks (requires a tight grip) but when it's on, it's a tight fit. No rattling. Love it.

Love this stock

Love this product. This is THE BEST AR stock on the market, bar non, because of the QD points and because of the extremely tight, rattle-free fit over the buffer tube. I think it has a rubber molding of some sort inside the stock that improves the fit and keeps it from rattling (like the Magpul stocks rattle).

Hogue overmold stock wins again

Hogue smokes the competition with their stocks! I purchased a Hogue earlier this year because my previous favorite was out of stock! I have been buying nothing else since! This is my first fixed stock for my classic rifle but my fifth Hogue stock purchase. Tight fit, well made and very comfortable on the range regardless of shooting position.

Took a chance on this stock over a magpul option. I am glad I did! Fitment is perfect, not loose at all. Very comfortable against the shoulder and cheek. Beard is happy!

I had the grip so I wanted to get a matching stock, got the red lava and it was a nice color goes well with the black. It doesn't pull my beard and it is much tighter (tighter is always better) than another brand I have

Better than Magpul

I’ve always bought Magpul, but I took on chance with this one. I’ve bought nothing but hogue since. They fit better, don’t rattle, can be found at better prices than magpul, and the overmold feature is very comfortable. If you are on the fence about these, take a chance. They are a solid product!
