About KAK Industry H3 Carbine Buffer
A common and inexpensive upgrade, swapping a standard carbine buffer for a heavier H3 Buffer can be the remedy for an overgassed system and reduce the felt recoil when firing. The KAK H3 AR-15 buffer body is machined from aircraft grade almunim and hard anodized for a durable finish. Very happy that not only are my shells ejecting at 3 o'clock now (previously used H2) but it does not seem to have a noticeable effect on anything else which is great.

My HOR trigger was ok but would stop every few rounds. With this heavy buffer…..the trigger does it’s job, the buffer does its job, I go through ammo so fast - I need a second job!

Brand new rifle, so I had a few failure to feed issues. However, that is not the buffers fault. I was concerned with a 16” barrel if I could use the H3 without troubles. With 223 win, occasional feed issue. But with 5.56 not problem at all. 300 rounds of 5.56. No problems at all. This is with a cryo treated flat wound extra power buffer spring as well. If all I had was 223 win… read more I could remove one of the tungsten weights and basically turn it into an H2 buffer. All in all, great purchase, great price, fast shipping and wonderful service. A+++ buying experience.

My gun runs perfect now that I put h3 buffer in. I went with a 4 inch barrel and need a heavy buffer to help cycle it better and this did the trick.

I was having a problem with the bolt trying to rip through the lip of the shell. This buffer slowed it down just enough to make it cycle properly. Really happy.
