There are many ways to smooth the operation of a suppressed/big bore AR-15 Carbine. One of the most cost effective and quickest upgrades available, is the installation of a KVP H3 tungsten buffer. The KVP H3 utilizes three dense tungsten weights to achieve the 5.4 ounce buffer weight. There are many added benefits once you install a KVP H3 buffer. This product is great for smoothing our recoil I am using it in my 6.5 Grendel. It is not something you should put in a pillow case and hit your brother with!

I took out one of the tungsten weights and replaced it with the lead weight and the buffer was perfect. My ejection pattern is now at 3-4 pm, instead of 1-2 pm. It also helped with the recoil. AF15 Discounts was great to work with and I received my items on time with a personal note from them thanking me for the business. I will use them again in the future.

When hunting varmints I set up my gear on the hood of my Jeep. My Valkyrie build was ejecting the empties so violently that they were leaving 'dings' in my windshield. Overall a great buffer. I installed it on my 7.62x39 AR, slowed down the BCG to give me a constant ejection at 4 o'clock. I would recommend for anyone looking for a heavy buffer and a great price.
