About Magpul AFG2 Angled Fore Grip
The AFG-2 is a slim line design that is shorter in overall length and width compared to the original AFG. Smaller size allows for mounting on a wider variety of railed hand guards and better compatibility with rail covers and accessory mounts. Compatible with most any M1913 Picatinny-railed hand guard, the Magpul AFG-2 (Angled Fore Grip) takes into account natural body mechanics and provides a comfortable and stable user interface that reduces fatigue and allows for more precise weapon control. By positioning the shooter’s hand high on the centerline of the bore, unlike conventional vertical fore grips, the AFG-2 helps mitigate recoil and control the weapon to facilitate faster, more accurate follow-up shots. Made in U.S.A. Not much too this but it works as you'd think it would. Used it for the first time for a rifle training course and shot around 500 rounds using this and it felt good and couldn't be easier to install.

I love this fore grip. It's perfect and exactly what I wanted I put it on my AR12. And u can also change the finger Grove so it's just flat. It's light weight but VERY strong. Amazing product for the price..

I use AFG2's on all my AR pistols and SBR's. It gives you a comfortable grip on the weapon. Short barrels have short forearms. The AFG2 gives you something to hang onto leaving the sides of the forearm open for light/laser/etc. The angle of the grip puts your thumb in a position to easily operate a light/laser with a remote switch. It was a bit tight to mount but on that same note, there’s NO wiggling once it was mounted. It does the job and I don’t foresee having any problems with it other than it being slightly bigger than I thought it would be.

Thus far, the AFG2 has been the staple to complete my AR build. It’s low profile, adjustable, light weight, and good looking. I have medium size hands that allow me to get a great C grip on my rail with the AFG2. Recommended for anyone looking for a grip that helps with recoil, comfort, and stylish looks.

Took it to the range today and was impressed. Easy to install and helps maintain a good comfortable grip when shooting. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that I prefer the VFG to the angled but a good product for the money nonetheless.
