The kit does include all the parts you would need to complete a lower. The magpul pistol grip didnt fit me well, but they did include their "discount" pistol grip also, so you do have options to choose from. I would have liked to have seen them separate the parts into different bags and label them, because for me being new to building the AR platform, it took me a few minutes to… read more figure out which springs go where. Not a huge problem, and with a little common sense you can figure it out, it just would have made it easier.
