The magpul parts are quality, as usual for them. 5 stars for that. The LPK parts are not as good. 0 stars. On the safety selector included on my kit, the safety's detent "well" (the drilled-out part on the safety that the detent pushes into to lock it in place as it rotates from safe to fire) is misaligned with the safety bar's flat section. When assembled, rotating the selector… read more from SAFE to FIRE "clicks"/locks in place prematurely (it points at the left side of the "F" in FIRE). Pulling the trigger in this position does not release the hammer. If you force the selector PAST where it locks in place, so the selector is actually pointing straight up at the middle of FIRE, pulling the trigger works as it should. But the jolt of the hammer dropping/slide operating allows the detent to wiggle back into the hole it wants to be in, rotating the selector backwards to "F" again, and subsequent trigger pulls quit working until you re-push the selector all the way up. I'm going to have to replace this safety selector, and that's unacceptable for a brand new parts kit.

I Called them directly to see if I can buy this kit without the pistol grip since I had already upgraded to a hexmag. The person I spoke to was very helpful and had awesome customer service skills.
