10 round 5.56 NATO magazine engineered as an enhancement of the standard STANAG design. A flared floor plate aids in extraction and handling. The floor plate provides drop protection, has a paint pen dot matrix area for easy identification marking. Two fully functional drain holes ensure full and proper draining. Simple toolless disassembly with double floor plate safety release tabs allows user to safely release spring tension during disassembly and quick ammo dumps. Long-life stainless steel spring and four-way anti-tilt follower ensure reliable feeding.Oversized bolt catch notch in the rear of the magazine provides enhanced reliability of the bolt catch operation. The magazine works well for the unfortunate pinned magazine applications. It has large buttons to remove the base plate in case of any malfunctions while the mag is pinned.

Do I need a 10 round Mag? NO! I did however want one. I would say the build quality is equal to 80% of the Mags I own. The SDE is not FDE don't think they are, They all fall in the TAN range. Guess if you are required to have 10 round or less in your state or activity your may be involved in, this is a great option.

I needed a small mag for my folding AR so I can have it fit inside a Vertx bag and this mag did the trick. Ran green tip and regular 223 with no issues what so ever.

Loading was a breeze. Feeding and hold-open worked as expected. Mags fall free. As good or better than other polymer mags at a lower price.
