The stock kit came with everything you need to complete your old school conversion. Fit and finish of all parts were nice and made of quality materials. I was impressed that the butt stock even had a trap door. I would definitely recommend this kit for others to consider in the future.

Gets the job done

As seen in some of the other reviews, the spacer that goes between the end of the buffer tube and the stock is apparently too short and it does just kinda rattle in there. I was able to fix it pretty easily with a couple of washers and a little sanding so it’s really not a big deal but it might be worth it to just go ahead and spend another $10 to get a little higher quality stock.… read more But really not bad for the money.

Decent Budget Stock

Used this to complete an 20" A2 build. Haven't had a chance to get it out to the range, but it assembled fine, no issues. The stock reminds me of the standard UTG stock that I've used on a build years ago. Dark black plastic, not the grey like other ones. Avoid if you don’t want a rattling spacer

The other review was correct, the spacer in this kit is Incorrectly sized and will rattle. I know it’s not the buffer weights because I installed it without the buffer. Totally far from the no bull S*** in the name.

Totally disappointed with this stock. The included spacer needed to use the a2 stock on the a1 length tube will rattle so loud with the slightest movement! I should have listened to the other review. Terrible product and will advise others to stay away!

Will make a nice template

I haven't shot with this, because my plan is to use it as a template for making a solid wood stock. Probably red oak with a really dark stain I make from vinegar, hydrogen peroxide, and steel wool. Google the recipe, its pretty neat. But yeah this stock actually looks pretty nice, its a shame it wont get used. Has a nice storage slot at the back and doesn't feel that cheap. I bought this to replace a collapsible stock after replacing the barrel with a bull barrel. Easy to install and I can't tell a difference between this one and my more expensive A2 stock on my other AR. I was a little worried due to the price but don't let that stop you from buying. Would definitely buy another one.

Great stock.Has some weight to it.Does't feel cheap at all.Fits just like its supposed to.As far as the rattle put an O-ring on it. These guys that give it a 3 or 4 star review need to buy a $110.00 surplus stock then they'll have something to complain about!!

Decent quality for the price. Couldn’t beat the price! The tube spacer seems to rattle when assembled. Not sure if the tube, spacer, or hole in the stock is out of spec. Just shim it with something to stop the rattle.

The fit and finish on the stock is great. The color matched with the upper and the lower. The weight and feel of the stock is Fantastic. The build is still in what I call the mock up mode. The NBS A2 stock looks like something you would find on a children's toy gun, I used it on my build anyways because it's what I had at the time, the fitment was bad I had to use 2 washers between the stock and the spacer to take up slack because the spacer provided is to short and would rattle at the slightest movement of the rifle.
