Introducing the Lower Build Kit you didn’t know you needed. The NBS Bare Bones Lower Build Kit. All of our other lower build kits, and many others on the market include a Fire Control Group, Stock and Grip by default, even though many builders opt for an upgraded stock, grip and trigger group. Most of our builds here in the shop include a separately sourced FCG, stock, grip and trigger guard so this kit was born out of necessity and now we’re offering them to all of our customers. Don’t spend your hard earned dollars on parts that’ll end up sitting around collecting dust. This kit includes true mil-spec hardware so you can be confident that you’re building on a solid foundation. NBS Mil-Spec Lower Parts Kit Minus FCG & Pistol Grip The NBS Mil-Spec Lower Parts Kit Minus Fire Control Group and Pistol grip is everything you need and nothing you don’t. This kit, sourced from an OEM supplier of many name brand manufacturers, it is perfect for the builder who expects quality and will be choosing an upgraded grip and trigger group. It consists of high quality mil-spec or better parts. These are precision CNC machined parts, not MIM. Each kit includes: Safety Selector, Selector Spring and Detent Magazine Catch, Spring and Button Trigger Guard and Roll Pin Front Pivot Pin Rear Take Down Pin Two Takedown / Pivot Pin Detents Two Takedown / Pivot Pin Detent Springs Bolt Catch, Plunger, spring and Roll Pin Buffer Retainer Pin and Spring Backed by the NBS Limited Lifetime Guarantee. Roll pin missing from Buffer

I bought two of these and in one the roll pin that holds the buffer together was missing. It came apart in the buffer tube when I worked the bolt once built. That could have been bad if it had it had happened when firing as the weights tumbled out and prevented the buffer from going back all the way and bound up the spring. Not dangerous but likely locked it up hard. Unfortunate… read more as everything else was fine and this is a great value for a kit to use with a non-milspec trigger. Second kit was 5 star.

One of the best lower and buffer kits ive installed of recent, fit and function was perfect, unlike another kit i purchased that had to be jerry rigged together, decided to make that one into a replica until i can get more parts like these here.

I had an extra lower, stocks and a trigger to complete the receiver! I tested it out with 80 rounds and no issues at all. I wouldn’t hesitate purchasing it here again! I definitely recommend it!
