Out of the box, construction looked good but it did not fit my Aero Precision lower very well. Sry right and grainy when in use. Spend a few extra dollars and buy one a little better.

Good price and quality mag catch. I prefer these because of the mag catch I have to use here in California. Notice the Cal compliant bolt catch in the photo.

The mag release button stripped off this, lost spring and almost lost extended mag release button. I'd hate to have this let go and have the mag drop out in a self-defense situation.

It's exactly what it says it is. No frills, no bells and whistles, but basic can be better because sometimes you dont want to re-invent the wheel when this has already been proven.
