The good thing about this washer is that the teeth are on the inside. It feels less abrasive on the grip material when screwing/unscrewing.

Seems most grips come with a lockwasher that has the teeth on the outside - not really what you want for an allen screw. This is a better option and if you're ordering other things it's a good "toss in" to an order.
