Good stock at a great price

Overall, this is a very good stock. It has very little play on the buffer tube, great cheek weld, easy to adjust and decent storage tubes. For the price, it's really hard to beat. Shipping was fast and the stock was packaged very well to avoid damage. Very happy with the purchase.

Great B5 Clone

Full disclosure, I haven’t had the chance to closely examine a legit B5 stock, but from the extensive research I’ve done (5 minutes of looking at pictures on the internet) I can’t tell a difference. This one is Made In The USA (yay) and functions well. Comfortable cheek weld. Storage compartments are secure for your CR123’s… no need to worry about leakage. You get what you pay for

This stock looks like a B5 stock but unfortunately isn’t in the same ball park in terms of fit and finish. In terms of fit, it’s got a lot of play and wobble both front to back and side to side. I tried it on 5+ buffer tubes and it wobbled on all of them. It almost feels like the locking bar that sits in the adjustment hole in the buffer tube is undersized. In terms of finish,… read more the texture is nice and almost identical to the B5 but a lot of the edges are sharp, nothing you can’t fix but it’s kind of pain. The QD sling mounting points are also not as nice as on the B5 stock. There are no anti rotation detents which means the sling can rotate a full 360 degrees. May not be an issue for some people but I’m not a fan. The battery storage tubes get an A+ for their fit and the inclusion of O-rings. All in all I paid a little over $30 for the stock. I got my moneys worth but I wouldn’t pay more than that. If you own a B5 to compare it to, you’ll probably be a bit disappointed, if you don’t already own a B5, there’s a good chance you’ll love this thing, assuming you’re ok with a wobbly stock.

Not bad could be better.

Still have some play on the buffer tube, has some texture on the cheek weld and battery compartment is nice. This seems to be the J&E Machine product which on Optics-planet ($44.89) gets an avg. of 3 stars but on AR15 Discounts gets 5 stars avg. Will not be purchasing again but will keep what I ordered.

Great stock for the $$$

Good quality stock! Definitely built solid. Compared this side by side with an Lmt and B5 SOPMOD, and with the exception of the storage tubes locking different and the others having a little bit “better” texture(lmt/b5 has a finer texture, this one is a little rougher which is by no means a bad texture, just not as refined of a cast probably), they feel like the same stock.… read more Both fit the buffer great with very little wiggle. The storage tubes are water tight. Has a smooth action on the buffer with a very positive lock. I know that I won’t be buying another b5 and I couldn’t afford an LMT before so I definitely won’t be buying one when these are an option. If you’re on the fence just go for it

Pretty impressed

My first sopmod style stock and impressed by what I got. I've generally been a magpul fan but for the price of this on sale, was pleasantly surprised by the build and quality of it. Looking forward to mounting this up and putting it through its rounds.
