Good Parts Kit

I installed two of these kits on Anderson lowers. Everything fit just as it should. FCG works fine but could use a little polishing, but that's just me being picky. My only complaint is the trigger guard, it installs with a set screw and is loose enough to rattle after it's been tightened. It happened with both kits. I'll definitely be changing those for something more secure.

Decent LPK, Amazing Customer Service

When I received my parts kit, everything was functional except for a safety selector detent and a missing takedown detent. The safety selector detent was not able to make my selector tight on any of my lowers. Whenever I flicked to safety, it'd simply flop back down like it was impotent. It was definitely the detent since I switched to a spare detent I had and it became nice… read more and tight. They also seemingly forgot to add one of the takedown detents to the kit. It was only two springs and one takedown detent. For the record, I didn't launch my takedown detent to no where land. I contacted their support and a few days later I had a replacement and missing detent shipped to me straight away, no cost. After installing at the time of this review, the issue still remains with the safety selector. I skimmed through the reviews and saw no one with a similar issue. I'd rather not dwell on it at this point so I'll stick with the spare. Overall, the LPK was okay. You get what you pay for and it got it's job done, mostly. The real good stuff was the customer support for that quick response and replacement.

Shipping Issues

The product was great, However, They did not charge enough shipping during the calculation of the purchase so the products wound up at the post office for 5 days until I could show up and pay the difference. Your rep did reimburse my account for the $5.13 but the overall experience was not great!

If you've already done a couple of lower kit builds this is a good one for the money. If it's your first time you have to figure out which springs go to which part of course a well made lower build video is invaluable. On a side note I wish these parts kits came with extra springs and detents, springs and detents can go flying and disappear......

Parts kit overall was great then it wasn’t

Bolt catch was for a .308 or larger how do i know, because upon completing my build bolt catch was stiff and wasn’t catching bolt....I thought it was a lower out of spec so i took my completed build to gunsmith and they told me the cause was wrong bolt catch....was a $58.05 mistake thanks ar15discounts...I respect you guys but this kimda sucked

Not so good

The safety in one of the packages would not fit into the hole. Replaced it with another safety and it worked just fine. Hammers was also out of spec, would not allow the trigger pins to go through.

Good LPK for the money

The lpk was delivered as described. Only problems were with the hammer. The wire from the j pin partially occluded the hammer pin pathway. I’m talking no wiggle room or play. But, I was finally able to pass the pin through. Other than that, everything appeared to be within spec and function checked without any complications.
