The notch for the buffer detent is either cut too deep or not cut in the correct location. The buffer tube threads past the lower receiver making it impossible to put the upper on. Several minutes on my belt sander fixed it. I guess for a 20 dollar kit it's not terrible but may need some fitting.

Complete garbage. The buffers are made of inferior metal that will get beat up badly by the retainer. They also didn't put spacers inside the buffer so it clunks when you shake it. Pretty sure this kit comes from China.

Not very satisfying. Part was what I ordered, thinking it was a rifle buffer kit but it's not. Will not run with my setup. First build and the learning curve. Everything fit great and looks good. Dealing with AR15Discounts customer service went smooth. Would definitely recommend others purchase for their carbines. Guess I can always build another (carbine this time!).

I have not yet tested the firearms, however I will be needing 3 more almost immediately to finish off the current batch in-progress. Will be making adjustments to the batch of them once all are complete.

these assemblies fit and function like they should. Don't let the budget price deter you, they fit well and the machining/casting is good. Anodized finish is consistent with other mil spec parts and these finished out the stocks well. 6 position stocks don't fit sloppy.

I was very pleasantly surprised for it being so cheap. Fit and finish is excellent, I have zero complaints. You can pay twice as much for a more well-known brand but why? This works just fine, I would buy again.

Everything fit fine but end plate is way to tall. Sticks up above reciver and blocked the charging handle so the rifle was absolutely usless with it in place. Luckily i live about 5 miles from palmetto state armory
