Not For Me

This seems to be a very lightweight grip, however, after installing it I decided it just wasn't a good fit for my build. Keep in mind that this is an anodized aluminum grip so buyer be ware of the affects some normal wear and tear will have on the anodizing.

Unfortunately I had to paint over the gold tone for a customer as this one was the only in stock and I could not buy a black one - but it holds coating well and stays firm if torqued enough.

I suggest getting a snug fit with the screw. It mated perfectly with my Noreen manufactured Beadyhead Arms lower receiver but jiggled when it wasn't screwed in tight. 9/10

It is what it is. Looks really cool. But super slippery. I bought 2 of these and ended up just giving one away because its just way too slipper for practical use. I would advise to buy a different brand

Despite being on opposite side of the country from ar15 discounts they always ship to me quickly. Added this grip to my Aero precision .308 couldn't be happier. Feels good in the hand. Solid lockup. Holes drilled where they should be and proper depth. Excellent price for a aluminum skeletonized grip. You will probably want a dab of blue loctite as the screw that comes with it fits… read more in it's seat nicely and there is no room for a washer in there.

Needs work, you get what you pay for that’s for sure!

Overall grip looks great then when you go to assemble it you get to see the issue. At least with my grip I received the the hole drilled for the safety detent spring was not deep enough!!! This caused the spring to put way too much pressure on the safety detent damn near damaging it when I tried the flip the safety selector. When compared to a mapul grip you could clearly see the… read more spring was sticking out less than in this grip therefore the hole was not deep enough in the grip. To fix the issue I trimmed the spring by about 1/8” rather than drill the hole deeper, this was obviously the cheaper of the two parts. I’m not sure how many more of these exist but this obviously needs fixed at the factory! The part is lucky to get two stars!
