Honest Opinion and Review

I have wanted an A2 stock since I first got into Ar15 building, yet affordable options were far and few. I considered the UTG and bushmaster stocks but I wanted something unique. I was a little concerned about having an A2 stock that was made of of polymer instead of aluminum but as soon as I received the stock I stopped worrying. This is an excellent piece of hardware that is lightweight… read more and well made. This thing is beyond easy to install. I had a much harder time installing my adjustable stock. I wish I had chose this option to begin with as I love the feel of it. Soon, once I get an M16 style upper I will post another review detailing how the stock and buffer behaves while firing. If you want a solid choice for a stock I would definitely recommend this over the UTG or other budget stocks. Also, a big thanks to the company as they put a big THANK YOU MARCEL on my receipt in the package.

As always, AR15DISCOUNTS.COM delivered a top notch product. All the individual parts in this kit are excellent and when used together are unbeatable. I couldn’t believe the quality for the price paid. I have ordered 2 of these stock kits and I’m getting 2 more. The storage compartment is big enough for cleaning supplies, lube, batteries, spare parts etc.. but the stock doesn’t… read more feel or sound hollow. The buffer spring is quiet and I’ve had no cycling issues at all. The buffer weighs 5.4 ounces as verified by a digital scale. The buffer tube is smooth as glass inside. The anodizing is nicely done with an even finish. Great parts, great website.

Nice option on a budget.

The product was actually of a much better quality than I anticipated. The stock feels like a sturdy and solid piece of polymer, and the buffer tube and spacer matched up well on my lower and the butt stock. I finished my build, and I have to say that this stock has added some heft to my rifle. All in all, it seems like a solid option if you are making a budget build (like I was)… read more or if you just want a cheaper option for a knock around/truck gun type build.
