Compact, dimmable, very visible even during bright day light. I wish the cover was a little more snug but then I'd gripe because I had struggled with it during drills... I cannot see any way you would regret this purchase!

I bought this for my AR, so I had to also buy the riser for it, but, man, do I love this optic! It is lightweight and not too big, but you still get a good field of view. The red dot itself is bright and easily adjusted both for brightness and position (up/down & windage). When the cover goes on, the dot turns off, so I think the battery life will be good too.
