These work fab for take down pin! For roll pin it is a bit short and hard to use. Worth it for the takedown tool.

After launching two pivot pin detents into orbit, never to be seen again, I decided it was time to have an actual tool for the job. Might take a few tries to get the hang of it, but it made getting the detent where it's supposed to be easy. I have not tried the roll pin punch and starter yet, but they look like they'll get the job done.

The tool worked fine. Ideally, it would be nice to have a tool that fits each size of roll pin but I don't build enough to spend the money on that many tools. It's just that they go in better when the tool matches the pin diameter. Some pins don't go in very well without a tool like this.

Great little set. Worth it just for putting in front pivot pin. Works great for starting the trigger guard and bolt catch pins also.
