The San Tan Tactical STT-15 Pillar Billet Receiver Set was designed from the ground up to be truly ambidextrous without making any compromises. Machined out of a solid block of 7075-T6 aluminum on state-of-the-art CNC machinery. This allows for a greater degree of precision for extremely tight tolerances and additional features like lightening cuts to reduce weight and an enlarged magazine well and trigger guard. Whether you are right or left handed or the situation requires you to shoot with your off-hand, a rifle built on this receiver set won’t hold you back. Machined right into the lower receiver are bolt and magazine release buttons on each side giving you better control over your rifle without needing to add aftermarket parts. The STT-15 billet AR-15 receiver set from San Tan Tactical offers uncompromising performance, so you can build the rifle you need. Features: Machined from 7075-T6 aluminum Mil-Spec Type III hardcoat anodized black Fully ambidextrous design Both mag and bolt releases come installed Compatible with Mil-Spec parts kits .154” trigger pin holes Lightened receiver cuts Enlarged trigger guard and beveled magazine well Receiver tension screw Upper receiver comes assembled QD sling swivel slots The lower receiver comes with both magazine and bolt releases assembled but a lower parts kit is required to finish it. Compatible with all Mil-Spec components like a trigger with .154” pin diameters and ambidextrous safety selectors. However, the upper receiver comes fully assembled with a dust cover and forward assist. Just thrown in your favorite ambidextrous charging handle and you have a rifle that doesn’t discriminate against lefties. Additional features of this AR-15 billet receiver set is built in quick detach sling swivel slots on both sides and a receiver tension screw that can be accessed through the bottom near the pistol grip.
