Matrix Arms AR-15 Stripped Lower Receiver – Multi Cal Designed with quality and durability in mind, the Matrix Arms M15 stripped lower receivers are CNC machined from an American made mil-spec 7075 T-6 aluminum forging. They utilize a standard take down/pivot pin hole and standard fire control pins. Like their other products they are finished with a premium black anodize finish. Features: Machined From Forged 7075-T6 Aluminum MULTI CAL Marked Matte Black Type III hard coat anodized Accepts standard Diameter Trigger & Hammer Pins Will accept all standard mil-spec aftermarket components

I Put a complete CMMG lower kit in last night, everything fit well. There is a forward pivot retainer pin making reentry for orbit today :0....... Luckily I have lots of spares. mated to Aero upper with the usual fittment--- Aero's sometimes fit a bit loose on nonAero lowers. Nothing bad just a few thou. gap. Oh the last thing, it has a proper milspec pocket milled into it… read more :)

I picked the Matrix Aerospace lower for my next build because of its aesthetic qualities, especially for a forged lower. The snazzy livery and the pictographic safety selector. What I didn't expect was how nice the craftsmanship would be as well. It's mil-spec but nicer! I'm very pleased with this purchase.
