This NcStar Ar15 QR Weaver Mount/ Cantilever Scope Mount is made to mount to any rifle scope or red dot sight to your rifle in a number of different configurations. The NcSTAR QR Lever System makes mounting the Ncstar weaver Mount to your flat top simple. The mount rings are 30mm with 1 inch inserts, and the Mount Rear Ring is on a dovetail so you can adjust the spacing for a customized fit. In addition the rear ring is also removable so you can set up your Red Dot Sight to co-witness with your weapon iron sights. Constructed of hard anodized aluminum with solid steel. Features: 30mm mount rings with 1″ inserts. Dovetailed rear ring to customize fit Removable rear ring for Red Dot mounting. Black Anodized Aluminum and steel construction.

Purchased this mount to be able to get the proper height and eye relief for a UTG Bug Buster Scope. The adjustability makes this the only mount I have found that is available that will do the job. I am very pleased with the mount holding zero even with some removal and reattachments via the QD mount. I would buy again.
A QD 1-piece that will fit a compact scope

This mount has a wide adjustment range that can work with some of the smaller conventional scopes on the market. The single QD lever is longer and easier to work than some others, and the locking latch is easy to disengage when it comes time to remove it. The 1" insert rings are aluminum, NOT plastic, and the workmanship overall is pretty good. These are far and away my favorite… read more budget mounts.

I took a chance on NCStar and I have mixed feelings about that decision. The pros are - - Works with 30mm and 1" scope tubes. - The QR lever works well and the lever tension is adjustable The cons - - The quick release side of the mount does not line up on the same plane as the fixed side. So, what happens is that you get a good bite on the rail from the fixed side of the… read more mount, but not so on the quick release side of the mount. It's barely making contact. This also slightly impacts the level of the scope in relation the to the rail. AR15 Discounts has a plethora of great products from which to choose, however this is not one of them. This review in no way should reflect negatively on AR 15 Discounts - Great retailer, quick shipping and overall great place to shop.

Good quality scope with 1in inserts for the 30 mm rings. Works fantastic on my AR! I'm surprised that taking the scope off and on has not changed the zero. Good quality. You won't be sorry you got it.
